Welcome to the Buena Vida Bylaws Review Committee Web Page. The Committee has been appointed by the Board of Directors. Its mission is to review all of our operating documents (Bylaws and Covenants) and make recommendations for amending these documents.

All changes to the documents are first reviewed by the Board and all final proposed amendments will then require a community vote. We encourage you to share your thoughts and suggestions regarding possible bylaw changes. We will periodically advise you of the issues currently being discussed by the Committee and the Board.

Please limit your messages to issues related to our documents. All other topics should be posted in the neighborhood network.

Some issues currently under discussion or in process:

1. Allowing absentee ballots in addition to proxies, limiting number of proxies that can be held by one voting unit

2. Unique circumstance variance - ARC issues

3. Percent of homeowners required to amend community documents.

4. Legal merger of all three associations

5. Leasing Regulations

6. Resignation of Board member - completion of term by appointee

7. Length of term for elected Directors.
