Our Ping Pong Table has arrived and is ready for you to play. It's a fold up and is stored in our Crafts Room. Please call ahead to the Fitness Center. They will set the table up for you and provide paddles and balls. Enjoy!

Locker Room update- The Men's and Ladies' locker room will remain closed until sometime in late June due to the extensive renovations that Minto will be completing. Even though this has been an inconvenience, we know you will understand that this is to our betterment. When the drywall portion is done, the ballroom repairs will be finished as well. Thank you for your understanding
Please be advised of the following Pressure Washing Schedule:
Sidewalks:
The initiation of the pressure washing for the sidewalks will take place on MONDAY JULY 14th.
Pool:
The pool area will be pressure washed MONDAY JULY 21- WEDNESAY JULY 23. The pool will be closed during this time.
Center Courtyard:
The center courtyard paver will be pressure washed THURSDAY JULY 24 and FRIDAY JULY 25th.
Please note that all days are weather permitting. Please avoid usage of these areas during these days, as the smell of chemicals will be strong.
COPS
A word from one of our COPS Volunteers-
"We get a weekly Wellington newspaper delivered to our Buena Vida homes. While driving on my patrol I noticed several houses with these newspapers piling up in their driveway, a clear indication no one is currently living in the house, or someone is away on vacation. Be a good neighbor and throw away any old newspapers you see. " Al Kamins.
The COPS program is looking for volunteers to patrol our community. You can make a difference. Please contact Les Morgenstein.

REMINDER
All guests who wish to use any of the clubhouse facilities must be registered at the Spa Desk. A dated guest pass will be issued for each individual guest regardless of age. Residents must accompany their guests to the spa desk for registration. If you are out of town, please make arrangements with the property manager's office for registration of guests who will be staying overnight in your home.

MASTER ASSOCIATION BOARD MEETINGS
PLEASE NOTE - Master Association Board Meetings are regularly scheduled on the first Tuesday of each month at 7pm in the ballroom. The Board has a Preparation Meeting at 10am the Thursday prior to the Board meeting to prepare the Agenda. Notice of the meeting is posted on the Board page of the website, along with the Agenda, which is also emailed to anyone registered on this site. Notice is also posted in the Vestibule. All Board meetings are open to all homeowners.
