Inspections: In an effort to maintain the appearance and property values of the Association, management conducts regular property inspections. Some specific items looked for are: dead trees/brush, trash outside, improper plantings, dogs without leashes, improper signs, hurricane shutters, arc items, etc… In addition to this, management will be initiating an outside inspection of all 449 homes throughout the next couple of months. Owners will be notified to the best extent possible when their specific inspection will take place. The purpose of this inspection is to produce an overall assessment of current property issues as they could relate to the formulation of policies moving forward.
